This scanner adopts non-contact laser scanning technology, which will not cause any damage to cultural relics. It is equipped with a high-resolution color camera, which can achieve color restoration degree of ≥98% sRGB, ensuring that the scanned cultural relics model is consistent with the physical appearance. It uses Class 1 safety laser, which will not cause any harm to cultural relics and operators, and adapts to the low-light environment of archaeological sites. With built-in infrared fill light, it can complete scanning in dark archaeological sites. The whole machine weighs only 0.8kg, with a special portable tripod, which can be easily transported to archaeological sites for operation. It is equipped with self-developed texture mapping algorithm, which can accurately fit the scanned color data to the point cloud model to generate a high-fidelity 3D digital model of cultural relics. Compared with traditional cultural relics survey methods, this equipment can quickly complete 3D data collection of large sculptures, murals and ancient building components, greatly improving the efficiency of cultural relics digital archiving.
The scanning accuracy can reach ±0.1mm per 1m scanning distance, meeting the high-precision requirements of cultural relics archaeological research. It adopts non-contact laser scanning, which will not cause any damage to cultural relics. It is equipped with a high-resolution color camera, which can achieve color restoration degree of ≥98% sRGB, generating high-fidelity digital models of cultural relics. It supports low-light environment operation, and can complete scanning in dark archaeological sites with infrared fill light. The whole machine weighs only 0.8kg, with a special portable tripod, which can be quickly deployed at archaeological sites. The protection rating is IP65, which can cope with dust and light water vapor environment at archaeological sites. It is compatible with mainstream cultural relics digital software such as MeshLab, Geomagic Wrap and ArchaeoCAD, and can directly generate standard data files suitable for cultural relics restoration and exhibition. The supporting special archaeological survey software supports cultural relics texture editing, 3D model annotation and one-click generation of digital exhibition plans.
It is mainly applicable to cultural relics archaeological research, cultural relics digital archiving, cultural relics exhibition, cultural relics restoration assistance and other cultural heritage protection scenarios. Archaeological research institutes can use this equipment to complete 3D digital archiving of unearthed cultural relics and provide accurate data support for subsequent research; museums can use it to complete 3D digital exhibition of collected cultural relics and generate online browsable digital models of cultural relics; cultural relics restoration teams can use it to complete comparative analysis before and after cultural relics restoration to ensure that restoration work meets the size and appearance requirements of original cultural relics. At the same time, the equipment supports scanning of small murals, sculptures and ancient building components, and can easily complete 3D data collection of complex curved cultural relics.
