The composite structure of double-layer galvanized steel panels and high-density rock wool core layer has passed the national Class A fire certification, which can resist open fire for more than 60 minutes. The sound insulation performance reaches 45dB, which can effectively reduce the noise pollution generated by industrial equipment, meeting the noise emission standards of industrial places. The thermal insulation performance is excellent, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.035 W/(m·K), which can reduce the cooling and heating energy consumption of workshops. The galvanized steel panel surface is treated with polyester coating, with excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for high-humidity cold storage and workshop scenarios. The installation is convenient, with buckle or screw fixation, greatly shortening the construction period.

The overall thickness is 102mm, including 0.5mm+1.2mm double-layer galvanized steel panels and 100mm rock wool core layer. The standard size is 1170mm×2440mm, which can be customized and cut according to needs. The wind load capacity reaches 1.8 kN/m², which can adapt to the enclosure requirements of large-span workshops. The unit weight is about 12kg/m², which is easy to transport and install. The surface is embossed, improving the rigidity and aesthetics of the panel. It has passed E0-level environmental protection certification, with no formaldehyde and other harmful gas emissions, meeting the environmental protection requirements of indoor industrial places.
It is mainly applied to enclosures of large industrial workshops, cold storage heat preservation and sound insulation, walls of logistics and warehousing centers, sound insulation of data center computer rooms, sound insulation of school gymnasium walls and other scenarios. It can effectively block external noise and heat transfer, improving the comfort of the internal working environment. Compared with traditional color steel plates, it improves the fire performance by 40% and has better sound insulation effect, making it an ideal enclosure material for modern industrial buildings.
