It has both high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, which can quickly transfer the heat generated by the operation of electronic equipment and effectively reduce the risk of equipment overheating. Compared with pure copper plates, the weight is reduced by about 30%, reducing transportation and installation costs. The surface copper layer has good antibacterial properties, which can be used in home decoration and food contact scenarios. It can be customized with multiple surface treatment processes to adapt to different decorative styles, and has good machinability, supporting stamping, stretching, bending and other processing methods.

The conventional size is 1220mm×2440mm, with a total thickness range of 3mm to 8mm. The thickness of the copper layer can be selected from 0.3mm to 1.0mm, and the thickness of the aluminum core can be selected from 2.7mm to 7.0mm. The weight of a single panel is about 10.8kg/㎡, which complies with RoHS environmental protection standards. It can be customized with different sizes and surface treatment effects to meet customized product needs. The electrical conductivity can reach 58% IACS, meeting the conductive requirements of the electronic industry. It passes third-party testing in compliance with China's GB/T 26001 standard and has good corrosion resistance, resisting oxidative erosion in daily environments.
It is mainly used in electronic heat sink substrates, power adapter shells, LED lamp heat dissipation plates; home decoration decorative wall panels, hardware accessories, kitchen cookware; new energy industry battery heat dissipation components, charging pile shells; plumbing industry pipeline connectors and heat sinks. In electronic heat dissipation scenarios, it can quickly transfer heat to improve equipment operating stability. In kitchen scenarios, it can meet food contact safety requirements, and has good antibacterial properties, not easy to breed bacteria.
