The steel core ensures structural strength and low cost advantage, reducing the cost by about 35% compared with pure aluminum plates. The aluminum outer layer can resist acid rain and salt spray erosion, will not rust and deform, and does not need frequent maintenance. It can be customized with multiple surface textures and colors to adapt to different decorative styles, and has good machinability, supporting cutting, bending, embossing and other subsequent processing.
The conventional size is 1220mm×2440mm or 1500mm×3000mm, with a total thickness range of 3mm to 6mm. The thickness of the pre-painted aluminum layer can be selected from 0.5mm to 1.0mm, and the thickness of the steel core can be selected from 2.5mm to 5.0mm. The weight of a single panel is about 13.6kg/㎡, which complies with EU CE certification and China's GB/T 17748 standard. The coating thickness is 20-30μm, and different coating types (polyester/fluorocarbon) can be customized according to needs.
