This product uses explosion composite process to realize the metallurgical bonding of titanium layer and steel layer, with a bonding strength of more than 200MPa, fully meeting the impact and deformation resistance requirements in harsh industrial environments. The surface titanium layer can resist the erosion of most industrial chemicals such as strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents, and will not precipitate harmful substances in the medium, meeting the hygiene standards of pharmaceutical and food grade industries. The carbon steel core ensures structural strength and low cost advantage, reducing the cost by about 60% compared with pure titanium plates. It has good welding performance, can be welded and spliced on site, and is suitable for the production of large industrial equipment and storage tanks.

The conventional size is 1000mm×2000mm or 1220mm×2440mm, with a total thickness range of 4mm to 10mm. The thickness of the titanium layer can be selected from 0.2mm to 1.0mm, and the thickness of the carbon steel core can be selected from 3.8mm to 9.0mm. The weight of a single panel is about 18.2kg/㎡, and it passes third-party testing in compliance with ASME pressure vessel standards. It can customize different titanium grades (TA1/TA2/TC4) and steel materials to meet the usage requirements of different chemical media. It supports subsequent processing such as cutting, bevel processing and bending, adapting to the production of complex structural parts.
It is mainly used in chemical industry reactor liners, storage tank outer walls, pipeline liners, pickling equipment components; pharmaceutical industry pharmaceutical equipment shells, aseptic workshop decorative panels; nuclear power industry nuclear power equipment protection structures; marine engineering seawater treatment equipment components. It can be used stably for a long time in harsh corrosive environments without frequent pickling and maintenance, effectively reducing the long-term operating costs of enterprises.
