This product sprays a single-layer graphene coating on the outer surface of stainless steel, increasing the thermal conductivity of the composite panel to 320 W/(m·K), far exceeding that of traditional metal composite panels. The graphene coating can further improve the corrosion resistance, with no rust in 1500 hours of salt spray test. It uses vacuum hot rolling composite process to realize the metallurgical bonding of the three-layer structure, with a bonding strength of up to 300MPa, far higher than that of ordinary composite panels. The overall structure is lightweight and high-strength, reducing the weight by about 35% compared with pure stainless steel plates, while improving the impact resistance. It has good machinability, supporting precision cutting, welding and other processing methods, adapting to the production of high-end high-precision equipment.

The conventional size is 1000mm×2000mm, with a total thickness range of 4mm to 8mm. The thickness of the graphene coating is 5μm, the thickness of the stainless steel outer layer can be selected from 0.7mm to 1.2mm, and the thickness of the aluminum alloy core can be selected from 3.3mm to 6.8mm. The weight of a single panel is about 13.2kg/㎡, which passes ISO 9001 and AS9100 aerospace quality certification. It can customize different metal materials and graphene coating processes to meet the usage requirements of different high-end scenarios. The dimensional accuracy can reach ±0.5mm, adapting to the customized needs of high-precision equipment.
It is mainly used in new energy industry power battery heat dissipation plates, charging pile core components; aerospace industry aviation equipment shells and structural parts; high-end medical industry medical equipment shells and imaging equipment components; high-end electronic industry server heat dissipation backplanes and communication equipment shells. In new energy scenarios, it can quickly transfer the heat generated by battery operation, improving battery operating safety and service life. In aerospace scenarios, it can meet the requirements of lightweight and high strength, and has good corrosion resistance to adapt to complex outdoor environments.
