The surface layer is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which has excellent rust resistance, and the surface can be customized with powder coating colors. The rock wool core has A2-level fire rating, which can resist high temperature flame erosion and comply with fire safety standards. The sound insulation effect reaches 38dB, effectively isolating indoor and outdoor noise and improving the spatial acoustic environment. The lightweight design reduces 70% of the weight compared with traditional cement partition walls, reducing the building load. The installation is convenient with snap-on installation method, shortening the construction period and reducing labor costs.

The total thickness of the composite panel is 12mm, with the upper and lower surface galvanized steel thickness of 0.6mm each, and the middle rock wool core thickness of 10.8mm. The standard size is 1200mm x 2400mm, and custom specification of 600mm x 600mm ceiling panels is supported. The weight of a single panel is about 14.6kg per Square Meters. The packing is wrapped with plastic woven bags, and about 60 Square Meters are loaded per pallet. The tensile strength reaches 220MPa, which has excellent structural stability and can be used as load-bearing partition plates.
It is used for interior partitions of commercial office buildings, soundproof ceilings of KTV rooms, acoustic walls of cinemas, soundproof barriers of school classrooms, and partition walls of quiet wards in hospitals. It meets the sound insulation and fire prevention needs of different scenarios, improving the comfort and safety of space use.
