This product uses metallurgical composite process instead of mechanical bonding to ensure no gap between the two metal layers and high bonding strength, avoiding delamination and adhesive failure during long-term use. The surface is passivated to resist outdoor ultraviolet rays and acid rain erosion, with a service life far longer than ordinary aluminum panels. The lightweight design reduces the weight by about 40% compared with pure stainless steel plates, lowering transportation and installation costs. It can be customized with multiple surface treatment methods to meet different decorative style needs, and has good machinability, supporting subsequent processing such as cutting, bending, and welding to adapt to various complex installation scenarios.

The conventional size of this composite panel is 1220mm×2440mm, with a total thickness range of 3mm to 6mm. The thickness of the outer stainless steel layer can be selected from 0.5mm to 1.2mm, and the thickness of the inner aluminum core can be selected from 2.5mm to 5.5mm. The weight of a single panel is about 12.5kg/㎡, which is compatible with standard building keel installation systems. It complies with EU CE certification and China's GB/T 17748 standard, with a flexural strength of up to 350N/mm and excellent structural stability. It can adjust dimensions, surface treatment processes and material ratios according to customer needs to meet customized project requirements.
It is mainly used in commercial building exterior wall curtain walls, high-end office building elevator car decoration, food processing workshop equipment shells, and rail transit car interiors. In outdoor building scenarios, it can resist strong ultraviolet rays, acid rain and salt spray erosion without frequent maintenance. In the food processing industry, it can meet the requirements of hygienic metal surfaces, is not easy to breed bacteria, and has good thermal conductivity to assist equipment heat dissipation. It can also be used for the production of outdoor billboards and signs to improve visual texture and durability.
