The 304 food-grade stainless steel panel can be mirror-polished or brushed, with excellent visual texture and dirt and wear resistance. The composite carbon steel core layer greatly reduces the material cost, saving 40% of the procurement budget compared with pure stainless steel plates. It has passed the 1000-hour salt spray test, with no rust and perforation, suitable for high-humidity kitchen and bathroom decoration scenarios. The 180° bending without cracking performance meets the processing requirements of complex shapes, and can be customized into arc-shaped and special-shaped decorative components. It meets the E0-level environmental protection standard with no formaldehyde emission, suitable for indoor closed spaces.

The panel thickness combination is 0.8mm 304 stainless steel panel + 0.5mm carbon steel backplane, with a total thickness of about 12mm. The standard sizes include 1220mm×2440mm and 1500mm×3000mm, which can be cut and customized according to needs. The hardness reaches HV200, and the surface wear resistance is excellent, leaving no scratches easily. The thermal conductivity is 16.3 W/(m·K), which can be suitable for supporting use of heating decorative panels. The welding performance is consistent with pure 304 stainless steel plates, realizing seamless splicing installation. The unit weight is about 5.8 kg/m², balancing structural strength and installation convenience.
It is mainly applied to the lobby walls of five-star hotels, elevator car decorations, background walls of high-end office building front desks, brand display walls of commercial complexes, kitchen operating table panels of restaurants and other scenarios. It can be customized with different surface treatment processes to adapt to different decoration styles. It is easier to clean and maintain than stone decorative panels, and has stronger texture and durability than ordinary color steel plates, making it an ideal choice for high-end indoor decoration.
