The TA2 industrial-grade titanium alloy panel can resist strong acids, alkalis, chloride ions, salt spray and other extreme corrosion environments, with a service life 3 times longer than 304 stainless steel. The Q355 carbon steel core layer provides a tensile strength of 450MPa, which can withstand heavy loads and high-frequency vibration. The thickness tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, meeting the supporting requirements of precision industrial equipment. It is fully compatible with titanium alloy welding technology, realizing seamless splicing installation. It has passed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certifications, meeting industrial environmental protection standards with no harmful heavy metal precipitation.

The panel thickness combination is 0.3mm TA2 titanium alloy panel + 3.0mm Q355 carbon steel backplane, with a total thickness of about 3.5mm. The standard sizes include 1000mm×2000mm and 1220mm×2440mm, and wide-format plates can be customized. The operating temperature range covers -20℃~350℃, suitable for high-temperature pickling workshops and low-temperature offshore platform scenarios. The unit weight is about 25kg/m², with excellent structural strength, which can be directly used as equipment enclosure structure. The surface is treated by pickling and passivation, without burrs and oil stains, which is convenient for installation and subsequent maintenance.
It is mainly applied to chemical storage tank liners, offshore oil drilling platform enclosures, pickling workshop walls, power plant desulfurization and denitration equipment, seawater desalination system accessories and other harsh corrosion industrial scenarios. It can replace pure titanium plates to save 60% of procurement costs, while retaining the corrosion resistance of titanium alloys. Compared with ordinary carbon steel composite plates, it has stronger corrosion resistance, greatly reducing the frequency and cost of equipment maintenance and replacement.
