The surface layer is made of 2205 duplex stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to seawater corrosion and chloride corrosion, and can be used in high-salt and high-humidity marine environment for a long time. The double-layer composite structure reduces the overall cost, the carbon steel core provides high-strength support to meet the ship structural load requirements. The surface is coated with special marine anti-corrosion paint, which further improves the protective performance and reduces later maintenance costs. It has passed A-level fire rating certification, complying with maritime safety standards. It has excellent impact resistance, which can resist wave impact and collision damage during ship navigation.

The total thickness of the composite panel is 8mm, with the upper and lower surface 2205 duplex stainless steel thickness of 2.5mm each, and the middle Q355 carbon steel core thickness of 3mm. The standard size is 1500mm x 3000mm, and custom size of 1200mm x 6000mm is supported. The weight of a single panel is about 38.5kg per Square Meters. The packing is fixed with iron frames, and about 24 Square Meters are loaded per frame. The tensile strength reaches 700MPa, and the yield strength reaches 550MPa, fully meeting the structural strength requirements of maritime engineering.
It is used for ship side plates, deck equipment protective plates, guardrail panels of offshore drilling platforms, loading and unloading equipment protective structures of ports, and shell parts of seawater desalination equipment. It adapts to the harsh use environment of the ocean, greatly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
