The fluorocarbon spray surface treatment endows it with strong UV aging resistance, with no fading after 10 years of outdoor exposure. The flame-retardant polyethylene core layer has passed the national Class A fire certification, effectively delaying the spread of fire in case of fire. The lightweight design greatly reduces the building load, and the installation is convenient, which can shorten the construction period by more than 30%. The innovative composite structure balances heat insulation and structural strength, saving 35% of energy consumption compared with single metal plates.

The standard size is 1220mm×2440mm, with a panel thickness combination of 0.6mm Al-Mn alloy panel + 0.4mm galvanized steel backplane, and the total thickness is about 10mm. The unit weight is only 3.2 kg/m², which is easy to transport and install. It adopts a hidden buckle installation structure, suitable for the mainstream exterior wall keel system. The thermal conductivity is as low as 0.032 W/(m·K), which can effectively reduce building cooling and heating energy consumption. The tensile strength reaches 210MPa, which can resist grade 12 strong wind loads. The surface is cured at 150℃, with excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance, suitable for coastal high humidity and salt spray environments.
It is mainly applicable to exterior walls of high-rise commercial buildings, residential community facades, airport terminal enclosure structures, exterior wall decoration of large venues and other scenarios. It supports multiple installation methods such as dry hanging and buckle, adapting to different architectural styles. It can effectively resist salt spray corrosion in coastal areas, avoiding the rapid aging of traditional aluminum veneers, and reducing installation costs by 60% compared with stone exterior walls.
