This product solves the pain points of traditional cleaners corroding carbon fiber composite materials and damaging surface coatings. It adopts a neutral propylene carbonate formula, which can gently dissolve resin residue and grease without eroding the matrix resin and surface coating of carbon fibers. The low-VOC formula meets environmental protection requirements, has no irritating odor, volatilizes quickly without residue, and can be used in multiple cleaning methods such as ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning. It passes ASTM D4236 certification, meeting the material safety standards of aerospace and high-end manufacturing industries.
It is a colorless transparent liquid with a density of 1.18 g/cm³, a boiling point of 240°C, a pH value of 6.8±0.2, VOC content <30 g/L, and a residue-free volatilization time of ≤15 seconds. The packaging includes two specifications: 1-gallon portable spray bottles and 5-gallon sealed drums, and the packaging materials are solvent-resistant high-density polyethylene.
It is suitable for cleaning carbon fiber composite parts, aerospace structural parts, new energy vehicle body parts and sports equipment carbon fiber products, covering industries such as aerospace, new energy vehicles, sports equipment and high-end manufacturing. It can be used for removing release agent residue after carbon fiber processing, daily maintenance cleaning of finished parts and stain removal on composite surfaces, complying with AMS standards of the aerospace industry.
