This cleaning grade DMC has excellent oil dissolving power, which can effectively remove cutting fluid, lubricating oil and other dirt on precision parts without leaving residues. It has zero ozone depletion potential and low global warming potential, complying with national environmental protection regulations and eliminating the problem of traditional cleaning agents damaging the ozone layer. It is non-corrosive to precision electronic components and metal surfaces, avoiding damage to parts during cleaning. It has moderate volatilization rate, which can meet the requirements of different cleaning processes and improve cleaning efficiency.

The product has a minimum purity of ≥99.92%, with moisture content ≤0.003 wt%, acidity ≤0.002 wt%, ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0, and global warming potential (GWP) of 0. The volatilization rate is 3.2 (compared with n-butyl ether as 1.0), density is 1.069 g/cm³ at 20℃, and boiling point is 90℃. It is packaged in 200L steel drums or 1000L IBC tote tanks, which can be customized according to customer needs. The CAS registration number is 616-38-6, and it complies with HJ 2541-2016 industrial cleaning agent standard. Storage requires a cool, ventilated warehouse with a temperature below 30℃, away from oxidizing substances, with a storage period of up to 12 months.
This environmental cleaning special DMC is mainly used for precision cleaning of electronic components, such as circuit boards, semiconductors and mobile phone parts, cleaning of metal hardware parts such as bearings and hardware accessories, degreasing cleaning of automobile and aviation parts, and cleaning of food processing equipment. It can be used in ultrasonic cleaning, spray cleaning and other cleaning processes, meeting the cleaning needs of different industrial scenarios.
