Using distillation-membrane coupling purification technology, the product controls impurity content at ppm level without mechanical impurities and heavy metal residues. It can form the optimal ratio with electrolyte solvents such as ethylene carbonate (EC) and ethyl methyl carbonate (EMC), with excellent ion conduction performance to reduce battery internal resistance. It also has good low-temperature fluidity, adapting to the use requirements of lithium batteries in extreme climate environments, and has passed ISO 9001 and IATF16949 quality system certification.

The product has a purity of ≥99.99%, moisture ≤10ppm, iron ion ≤0.1ppm, chloride ion ≤0.5ppm, total heavy metal content ≤0.05ppm, density of 1.069±0.002 g/cm³ at 25℃, colorless and transparent liquid appearance without peculiar smell. The packaging uses clean grade IBC ton barrels or ISO clean container tanks to avoid any impurity contamination, and each batch of products is attached with SGS test report and MSDS safety manual.
It is mainly used for the preparation of electrolyte for lithium iron phosphate batteries and ternary lithium batteries, production of lithium battery modules for energy storage power stations, and lithium battery PACK process of new energy vehicles. It can adapt to the supply chain requirements of leading lithium battery enterprises, meets UL safety certification standards, and helps the low-carbon development of the new energy industry.
