This product solves the pain point that traditional industrial cleaners leave toxic substances that contaminate food. It adopts a composite formula of food-grade citric acid and enzyme preparations, which can quickly decompose food residues, grease and protein stains, and effectively kill common food contamination bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The weakly alkaline formula will not corrode food-grade stainless steel and plastic pipes, has no volatile harmful substances, and can be directly connected to water for production without secondary rinsing, passing NSF/ANSI 51 certification to meet food processing industry safety standards.
It is a colorless transparent liquid with a faint citric acid scent, a density of 1.03 g/cm³, a boiling point of 100°C, a pH value of 8.5±0.2, and a 100% biodegradation rate. It is non-toxic and non-irritating, and can be diluted to a concentration of 2%-5% for pipeline circulation cleaning. The packaging includes two specifications: 1-gallon portable bottles and 5-gallon sealed drums, and the packaging materials comply with food contact safety standards.
