This product solves the pain points of difficult removal of heavy grease on heavy equipment and corrosion of equipment substrates by traditional cleaners. It adopts a high-alkaline composite formula that can quickly dissolve solidified industrial grease, antirust paint residue and rust stains, taking effect quickly without heating and soaking. It can be directly sprayed with a high-pressure water gun to reduce cleaning time, and added with corrosion inhibitors that will not damage the surface of steel and concrete equipment surfaces. The formula is biodegradable, reducing wastewater treatment costs, and passes EPA registration to meet environmental emission requirements.
It is a brown yellow viscous liquid with a density of 1.12 g/cm³, a flash point of 72°C, a pH value of 12.1±0.4, and a biodegradation rate of ≥85%. It can be used directly or diluted to 10%-20% for light grease cleaning. The packaging includes two specifications: 5-gallon sealed drums and 55-gallon IBC totes, suitable for bulk procurement by factories.
It is suitable for heavy grease cleaning of mining machinery, forklifts, industrial assembly lines and machine tools, covering industries such as construction engineering, mining, logistics and warehousing, and machinery manufacturing. It can be used for regular maintenance deep cleaning of equipment, workshop ground grease cleaning and scrapped equipment renovation cleaning, adapting to high-pressure cleaning machines, steam cleaning machines and other industrial cleaning equipment.
