This product solves the pain points of stubborn cutting oil and rust stains that are difficult to remove after metal processing. It adopts a composite nonionic surfactant formula, which can quickly emulsify grease and achieve cleaning effect at room temperature without heating. Compared with traditional solvent-based cleaners, it has no volatile VOC emissions, passes OSHA safety certification, will not damage common metal substrates such as carbon steel and stainless steel, and can be used with high-pressure cleaning equipment to improve cleaning efficiency and reduce labor input.
It is a light yellow transparent liquid with a density of 0.98 g/cm³, a flash point of 68°C, a pH value of 10.2±0.3, a biodegradation rate of ≥92%. It can be used directly or diluted to a concentration of 5%-10%. The packaging includes two specifications: 5-gallon plastic drums and 275-gallon IBC totes. Its freezing point is -8°C, non-corrosive, and meets industrial cleaning safety standards.
It is suitable for degreasing cleaning of hardware stamping parts, auto parts, engineering machinery structural parts, and can be used in multiple industrial cleaning scenarios such as spray cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning and soaking cleaning.
