Adopting organic acid composite formula, it does not use strong oxidizing nitric acid, which can safely remove oxide scale, welding marks and oil stains on the aluminum alloy surface, and form a dense passivation protective film on the surface, with an anti-rust period of more than 30 days. It maintains the original color of the aluminum alloy after cleaning without yellowing or corrosion marks, is RoHS compliant and free of heavy metals, with a biodegradation rate of 85% which meets environmental protection requirements. It completes multiple cleaning processes in one step, greatly simplifying the production flow.
The cleaner has a density of 1.08g/cm³, pH value of 2.8±0.2, optimal use temperature of 40-60℃, impregnation time of 5-15 minutes (adjusted according to the thickness of oxide scale). It has a biodegradation rate of 85%, meets RoHS environmental protection standards, and is free of nitric acid, chromate and other harmful substances. It is applicable to common aluminum alloy materials such as 6061 and 6063, available in two specifications: 25L industrial drum and 1000L IBC ton drum, leaving no white residue after cleaning, and the surface roughness meets the requirements of precision processing.
It is suitable for surface pretreatment of aluminum alloy profiles, post-welding cleaning of aerospace aluminum alloy parts, oxide scale removal and rust prevention of automotive aluminum alloy wheels, cleaning and passivation of medical device aluminum alloy parts, and surface treatment of outdoor aluminum alloy furniture. It is applicable to impregnation cleaning, high-pressure spraying cleaning and other processes, can be used in assembly line production of aluminum alloy processing factories, and also suitable for batch processing of small parts.
