Adopting compound strong alkali auxiliary agent and high-efficiency penetrant, it can quickly penetrate heavy oil layers and strip carbon deposits. The corrosion inhibitor protects the equipment surface from corrosion by strong alkali. It still maintains good fluidity and cleaning effect at low temperatures, and can be used through high-pressure water guns, soaking tanks and other methods. The waste liquid can be directly connected to the factory's alkaline wastewater treatment system without additional pretreatment, which is safer and more environmentally friendly than traditional diesel cleaning and will not cause fire hazards.

The cleaner has a density of 0.95g/cm³, pH value of 11.5, dilution ratio of 1:5 (for extremely heavy oil stains) to 1:10 (for conventional oil stains), flash point above 100℃, and low temperature stability: no delamination or solidification at -5℃. It is available in two specifications: 10 US gallons portable drum and 55 US gallons industrial drum, with no corrosive effect on common engineering equipment materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy. It is free of aromatic hydrocarbons and meets OSHA occupational safety standards.

It is suitable for external oil and carbon deposit cleaning of heavy engineering machinery (excavators, cranes, loaders), track and body cleaning of port cranes, lubricating oil residue stripping of mining equipment, maintenance cleaning of agricultural machinery, and cleaning of heavy equipment ground oil stains in industrial workshops. It is applicable to high-pressure water gun cleaning, soaking cleaning, steam cleaning and other cleaning processes, and can be used with automated cleaning equipment, suitable for large-scale equipment maintenance scenarios.
