This cleaner uses a blend of nonionic and anionic surfactants to help penetrate oil layers and remove stubborn grease with low residue. Its phosphorus-free, low-corrosion formula helps reduce the risk of corrosion to metal workpieces and equipment, and it has an 89% biodegradation rate that meets EPA environmental standards. It can maintain favorable cleaning performance at temperatures above 5℃, and its waste liquid allows for simple treatment. This product helps address concerns about workpiece corrosion from traditional strong alkaline cleaners. It is suitable for processes including high-pressure spraying and ultrasonic cleaning, and can be reused after basic filtration.

The cleaner has a density of 0.98g/cm³, with a pH value of 10.2, flash point above 93℃. The dilution ratio can be adjusted from 1:10 to 1:30 according to the stain concentration. It is available in two packaging specifications: 5 US gallons and 55 US gallons drums. It is phosphorus-free, nitrite-free, and meets EPA environmental protection standards. It can achieve excellent cleaning effect at temperatures above 5℃, leaving no white residue after drying, and is compatible with high-pressure spraying, ultrasonic cleaning and soaking cleaning processes. The metal corrosion rate is less than 0.5g/(㎡·h) for carbon steel and alloy steel.

It is suitable for degreasing of metal workpieces in machinery manufacturing, removal of cutting fluid residues from auto parts, oil stripping for maintenance of engineering machinery, and surface pretreatment of hardware stamping parts. It can be used in large-scale assembly line cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning tanks, soaking cleaning and other scenarios, and is applicable to carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron and other ferrous metals, without causing corrosion or discoloration on the metal surface. It is widely used in auto parts factories, hardware processing plants, and engineering machinery maintenance centers.
