This product incorporates high-efficiency polyetheramine cleaning agents that can help decompose carbon deposits and sludge while lowering the risk of damage to engine seals, plating layers, and other internal components. Its specialized dispersant ingredients can help suspend carbon particles in the cleaning solution, reducing the likelihood of secondary deposition inside the engine. It can be applied for cycle cleaning via the engine lubrication system or dedicated cleaning equipment, allowing cleaning operations to be performed without engine disassembly. Compared with traditional carbon cleaners, it may help improve fuel efficiency by 8%–12% and reduce PM2.5 levels in exhaust emissions. The product meets environmental protection requirements and is compatible with gasoline engines, diesel engines, and other internal combustion engine equipment.

This product is a light yellow transparent liquid with a density of 0.97±0.02g/cm³ and a freezing point of -10℃. It is compatible with engine oil and fuel. Available packaging includes 1Gallon plastic bottles for small maintenance shops and 5Gallon plastic drums for batch operations. The pH value is mild alkaline, non-corrosive to cast iron, aluminum alloy and other engine materials. The flash point is ≥60℃, meeting workshop fire safety requirements. The shelf life is 24 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding high temperature and open fire contact.

It is suitable for auto repair shops, diesel generator maintenance workshops and industrial internal combustion engine equipment maintenance plants to clean carbon deposits and sludge in engine combustion chambers, intake valves, fuel injectors, piston rings and other parts. It can be used for cycle cleaning through non-dismantling cleaning equipment, completing the cleaning operation without disassembling the engine.
