This product is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a density of 1.02±0.03g/cm³ and a freezing point of -8℃. It can be mixed with water at any ratio. The packaging is a 20-liter food-grade HDPE barrel, complying with food transportation packaging standards. The pH value is mild alkaline, non-corrosive to 304, 316 stainless steel and food-grade plastics (PP, PE). The flash point is ≥70℃, meeting workshop fire safety requirements. The shelf life is up to 36 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding mixing with strong acids and alkalis.

It is suitable for food processing plants, beverage production factories, dairy product processing plants and beer brewing workshops to clean protein residues, oil stains, scale and other substances on food storage tanks, production pipes, conveyor belts, mixers and other equipment.
