This product uses a low-VOC environmental protection formula without halogens and toxic solvents, producing no irritating odor, making it suitable for closed cleaning spaces in electronic workshops. Its penetrating surfactant can quickly penetrate into solder joint gaps and pin gaps to decompose rosin residue, leaving no white spots or water marks after cleaning. It will not corrode precision plating layers such as gold, silver and copper, and is compatible with manual wiping, soaking and ultrasonic cleaning. It has better decontamination effect on BGA packages and high-density PCB board stains than traditional isopropyl alcohol cleaners, and reduces material costs with flexible dilution use to reduce agent waste.

This product is a colorless and transparent liquid with a density of 0.95±0.01g/cm³ and a freezing point of -18℃. It can be mixed with water or organic solvents. Available packaging includes 1Gallon spray bottles for manual wiping and 5Gallons plastic drums for batch use. The pH value is stable in the neutral range, non-corrosive, and has no swelling effect on engineering plastics such as PC, ABS and nylon. The flash point is ≥45℃, meeting workshop fire safety requirements. The shelf life is 18 months, and it should be stored in a sealed container away from high temperature environments.
It is suitable for electronic component manufacturing plants, semiconductor packaging factories, optical instrument processing plants and mobile phone assembly workshops to clean PCB board solder residue, chip pin flux residue, optical lens fingerprint oil stains and dust stains on precision instrument shells. It can be used for manual wiping, ultrasonic cleaning and spray cleaning processes, especially suitable for offline cleaning of high-precision electronic components, avoiding circuit short circuits and signal interference caused by cleaning residues, and improving the factory yield of electronic products.
