It can quickly decompose emulsified oil stains without leaving residues, and is free of phosphorus and heavy metals, complying with EU REACH regulations. It is non-corrosive to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, suitable for both fully automatic production line cleaning and manual soaking. Its biodegradable rate reaches 92%, reducing wastewater treatment costs and environmental compliance pressure, with flexible dilution ratios to adapt to different oil contamination levels and reduce agent waste.
This product is a colorless and transparent liquid with a density of 0.98±0.02g/cm³ and a freezing point of -12℃. It can be mixed with water at any ratio. Available packaging includes 25kg plastic drums and 50Gallons IBC totes, with custom bulk tank truck delivery available. The pH value is stable between 8.2-9.0, which will not corrode carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other metal materials. The flash point is ≥65℃, meeting workshop fire safety requirements. The shelf life is 24 months, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
It is suitable for hardware processing factories, mechanical manufacturing workshops, auto parts maintenance plants to clean cutting oil, emulsified liquid and anti-rust oil residues on stamping parts, castings, gears, bearings and other workpieces. It is compatible with ultrasonic cleaning machines, high-pressure spray cleaning lines and soaking tank cleaning processes, especially suitable for continuous cleaning operations of batch workpieces. It can replace traditional chlorine-containing cleaners, reducing environmental protection risks.
