Prepared through fine classification process, with uniform and controllable particle size, excellent dispersibility in coating systems, which can effectively replace part of titanium dioxide, reduce coating production costs without reducing the hiding effect. Its weakly alkaline pH value can stabilize the acidity and alkalinity of the coating system, prevent delamination and precipitation of the coating, and improve the storage life of the coating. Compared with ordinary calcium carbonate, its ultra-fine particle size can improve the gloss and scrub resistance of the paint film, solving the problem of rough film and easy peeling caused by ordinary fillers. It is suitable for a variety of coating systems such as interior and exterior wall architectural coatings, wood coatings and industrial anti-corrosion coatings.

Appears as white fine powder, odorless and tasteless; average particle size 1-3μm; whiteness ≥94°; oil absorption value 70-90g/100g; moisture content ≤0.2%; pH value of 10% suspension 8.0-9.0; lead ≤50ppm, arsenic ≤2ppm; hiding power ≥90% (compared with the same amount of titanium dioxide); packaged in composite woven bags, 50kg per bag; stored in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to sun and rain.

Mainly used in water-based interior wall coatings and exterior wall latex paints, which can improve the hiding power and scrub resistance of coatings, reduce the use of titanium dioxide and save production costs; used in wood coatings and furniture coatings to improve the flatness and gloss of the paint film; used in industrial anti-corrosion coatings to improve the adhesion and weather resistance of the coating, extending the service life of the coating; also used in road marking coatings to improve the wear resistance and reflective performance of the markings.
