It is prepared by carbonization process combined with surface activation modification technology, with uniform nano-scale particle size distribution and large specific surface area; after modification, it has excellent compatibility with polymer materials such as PE, PP and PVC, no agglomeration, and can be uniformly dispersed in the substrate; it can significantly improve the tensile strength, flexural strength and impact toughness of plastic products, while reducing raw material costs; its surface is inert and does not react chemically with plastic substrates, ensuring the color stability of products, solving the industry pain point of yellowing and performance attenuation of plastics caused by traditional fillers.

The average particle size is 35nm, the activation rate is 98.2%, the whiteness is 96.4%, the moisture content is 0.08%, the PH value is 8.5, the oil absorption is 58.7g/100g, the bulk density is 0.72g/cm³, the purity is 99.3%, the sedimentation volume is 2.7mL/g, the heat resistance temperature is 320℃, the packaging specification is 20Kg/Bags, stored in dry and ventilated place, shelf life of 18 months, no peculiar smell and no agglomeration and caking.
