This product's key advantage lies in its ultrafine 1-3μm particle size, which provides excellent hiding power and improves the gloss and smoothness of water-based coatings. Its moderate oil absorption rate makes it easy to integrate into water-based paint formulations, reducing the usage of expensive titanium dioxide while maintaining or even improving the hiding power of the coatings. With excellent water dispersibility, it does not settle during storage or application, ensuring consistent performance of the paint products. With a VOC content of ≤0.1%, it meets the most stringent environmental protection standards, solving the pain points of traditional coating fillers that cause high VOC emissions and poor dispersion performance.

The coating-grade ultrafine calcium carbonate has an average particle size of 1-3μm, with a minimum purity of 99.2%. The moisture content is controlled at ≤0.25%, and the pH value ranges from 9.0 to 10.0. The oil absorption rate is between 60 and 70g per 100g of product, and the whiteness is ≥94%, providing excellent whitening performance for coatings. The settling volume is ≥4.0ml/g, indicating good dispersion stability in water-based systems, and it has excellent water dispersibility without the need for additional dispersants. The VOC content is ≤0.1%, meeting the national standard GB/T 19281 for water-based coatings. It is packaged in PP woven bags, with each bag containing 25 Kilograms of product, and each batch is tested to ensure compliance with relevant national standards.

This product is primarily used as a filler and whitening agent in water-based interior and exterior latex paints, reducing the usage of expensive titanium dioxide while improving the hiding power, gloss, and weather resistance of the coatings. It is also used in putty powder for wall decoration, improving the adhesion, whiteness, and scratch resistance of the putty. In the industrial coating industry, it is added to coating formulations to improve the hardness and impact resistance of the coatings. Additionally, it is used in paper coatings to improve the smoothness and whiteness of paper surfaces, enhancing the printability of paper products.
