Prepared through nano-scale carbonization process, coated with stearic acid surface modification, which solves the problem of easy agglomeration of ordinary nano calcium carbonate, and has excellent dispersibility in polymer matrix. Its extremely small particle size can uniformly fill the molecular gaps of polymer materials, effectively improving the tensile strength, impact toughness and aging resistance of materials, while improving the processing fluidity of materials and reducing production costs. Compared with ordinary calcium carbonate, its surface modified significantly improves the compatibility with polymer matrix, and will not reduce the appearance color of materials, solving the problem of reduced material toughness caused by ordinary fillers. It is widely used in high-end automotive rubber parts, engineering plastics and other scenarios.

Appears as white fine powder, odorless and tasteless; average particle size 40-60nm; surface modifier content: 1.5-2.5% (stearic acid); purity ≥98.5%; moisture content ≤0.1%; oil absorption value 60-80g/100g; whiteness ≥95°; bulk density 0.3-0.5g/cm³; packaged in composite woven bags, 20kg per bag; stored in a dry and ventilated place, avoid moisture agglomeration.

Mainly used in automotive rubber sealing strips, tire treads and other rubber products, which can improve the wear resistance, aging resistance and tensile strength of rubber, extending the service life of products; used for filling and modification of engineering plastics (such as PP, PE, PVC) to improve the rigidity, heat resistance and printing performance of plastics; used in high-end architectural coatings and industrial coatings to improve the gloss, scrub resistance and hiding power of coatings; also used for filling adhesives and sealants to improve the bonding strength and curing speed of adhesives.
