Refined from high-purity limestone through calcination, digestion, carbonization, drying and crushing processes, it has no peculiar smell and few impurities, with purity far higher than the industry average. Its controllable particle size distribution ensures uniform dispersion in food systems without affecting product taste and appearance. It has passed FDA, GB and other national food safety certifications, can directly contact food, and meets import testing requirements of different countries. It also has excellent pH buffer capacity, can stabilize the acidity and alkalinity of food systems, improve dough extensibility and the fluffiness of baked products, and solve the problem of product flavor imbalance caused by common fillers.

Appears as white amorphous fine powder, odorless and tasteless; average particle size 3-5μm; bulk density 0.5-0.7g/cm³; purity ≥99.2%; moisture content ≤0.2%; pH value of 10% suspension 8.0-9.0; lead (Pb) content ≤10ppm, arsenic (As) ≤2ppm, cadmium (Cd) ≤1ppm; packaged in food-grade PE bags, 25kg per bag, pallet packaging can be customized according to customer needs; stored in a cool and dry place, avoid exposure to sun and rain.

Mainly used as leavening and texture improver in baked foods (bread, biscuits, pastries) to make finished products more fluffy and soft; as calcium fortifier in infant rice noodles and nutritional supplements to meet the national dietary calcium intake demand; used as anti-caking and thickening agent in chewing gum and candy to prevent product adhesion; also used in plastic films for food packaging to improve the barrier properties and printing performance of the films, conforming to food contact material safety standards.
