With UL94 V-0 flame resistance rating, it meets strict safety standards, and its lightweight design reduces transportation costs. Each insert is individually packaged to avoid damage during storage and transportation.

The product can be customized into any size and shape according to the customer's CAD drawings, with a cutting tolerance of ±0.2mm to ensure accurate fitting. Optional thicknesses of 15mm, 20mm and 25mm are available to meet different buffer protection needs. The compressive strength ranges from 2500 to 3500 kPa, providing reliable buffer protection for high-value products. The weight of each insert is determined by the custom dimensions, usually ranging from 0.5 kg to 5 kg. It supports optional waterproof or antimicrobial coating, and each insert is individually packaged in a PE poly bag, with 10 pieces per box for convenient storage and transportation.
