The product uses high-temperature resistant polyimide resin to impregnate glass fiber cloth, which is firmly combined with the aramid honeycomb core. The overall density is only 0.12-0.2 g/cm³, which is much lower than traditional metal insulation materials. It has a UL 94 V-0 first-level fire rating, can be used stably in a high-temperature environment of 200℃ for a long time, and has a thermal conductivity as low as 0.04 W/(m·K) with excellent insulation effect. The molding process is simple, and components such as insulation boards and fire doors can be quickly made by hot pressing without complex post-processing. It has passed the ISO 14001 environmental management system certification and does not contain harmful substances such as halogens, meeting environmental protection requirements.
After curing, the compressive strength is 12MPa, the thermal conductivity is ≤0.04 W/(m·K), the thickness range is 3-20mm and can be customized, with a standard width of 1000mm and length can be cut as needed. The storage condition is 5-25℃ cool and dry environment, with a valid storage period of 8 months. The curing process parameters are: pressurization pressure 0.2-0.4MPa, curing temperature 150-200℃, holding time 45-75min. It has good chemical resistance and can resist most organic solvents and acid-base corrosion.
It is mainly used in scenarios such as insulation layers of aerospace equipment, fire doors of rail transit carriages, protective armor linings of military equipment and insulation baffles of high-temperature industrial furnaces. It can also be used for battery insulation pads of new energy vehicles, providing lightweight protection and insulation solutions for various high-temperature and fire protection scenarios.
