The core advantage of this product lies in its core layer and surface layer materials added with flame retardants, passing the ASTM E84 and ASTM E662 fire resistance tests, with a flame spread rate of ≤25 and smoke density of ≤100, solving the pain points of ordinary paper materials being flammable and producing a large amount of toxic smoke when burning. It has high compressive strength, can be used as a heavy packaging material, and can also be used as an inner lining material for building partition walls and ceilings, with easy installation and excellent processing performance. It can be cut into any size according to needs, adapting to different application scenarios, and meets the national Class A fire protection standard for building materials.

The standard specification is 1220mm (width) x 2440mm (length), with optional thicknesses of 25mm, 30mm, 35mm and 40mm. The weight per sheet ranges from 2.5kg to 3.8kg, with an edge crush strength of 900N/m and compressive strength of 1100kPa. The moisture content is controlled between 8% and 12%, complying with the GB 8624-2012 national classification standard for combustion performance of building materials and products. It has no degumming, core breaking or other quality problems, and will not produce toxic and harmful gases when burned, meeting the safety requirements of fire protection departments.

It is mainly applicable to electronic factories, chemical warehouses, large shopping malls, hotels and other packaging and architectural decoration scenarios with high fire protection requirements. It can be used as a fire-proof outer packaging for heavy equipment, a liner plate for warehouse shelves, and an inner lining material for building partition walls, effectively reducing the spread of fire when a fire occurs, reducing casualties and property losses. It meets the acceptance standards of domestic fire protection departments, and can be used for packaging and decoration materials of large engineering projects.
