It can be cut to custom sizes without additional mold opening. Made of FSC-certified recycled paper material, it is fully recyclable and degradable, solving the white pollution pain point of traditional plastic packaging. The surface is smooth and burr-free, which will not scratch the surface of goods, and is compatible with smooth operation of automatic packaging lines, reducing the time cost of manual packaging.
The base material is 100% recycled kraft paper. The standard single sheet size is 1220mm×2440mm, with optional thicknesses of 5mm, 10mm and 15mm. The compressive strength ranges from 800-1500kPa, and the flexural strength can reach 700-900N·m. The water resistance grade is IPX1, which can cope with slight splashing scenarios. It complies with EU CE environmental protection certification and the basic requirements of US FDA food contact grade (non-food grade version). It is packaged in fumigation-free pallets, with 10 standard size cardboard sheets per pallet, and the total weight is about 120kg per pallet.
It is mainly suitable for fragile product packaging of domestic e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce, such as cushioning protection for ceramic tableware, glass products and small electronic equipment. It can also be used as filling support for express packages such as books and stationery. It is compatible with multiple packaging scenarios such as automatic packaging machines and manual packaging stations, and can be cut into customized sizes for cushioning pads, inner supports and outer packaging box liners.
