The product uses high-toughness nylon 6/6 resin to impregnate T300 carbon fiber, balancing high strength and impact resistance. The impact strength can reach 80 kJ/m², which is much higher than that of ordinary epoxy-based carbon fiber prepreg. The molding temperature is moderate, and it can be quickly cured without ultra-high temperature equipment, suitable for small-scale production of small sports equipment manufacturers. The surface is flat and smooth, and can be directly used for post-processing such as painting and coating without additional grinding. It has good fatigue resistance, can withstand multiple impacts and bending, and has a longer service life. It complies with QB/T sports equipment material industry standards and has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system certification.
After curing, the tensile strength is 2800MPa and the tensile modulus is 150GPa, with an impact strength of ≥80 kJ/m². The thickness tolerance is ±0.01mm, with a standard width of 1000mm and custom special width available. The storage condition is 5-25℃ cool and dry environment, with a valid storage period of 6 months. The curing process parameters are: pressurization pressure 0.2-0.4MPa, curing temperature 180-220℃, holding time 20-40min. It has good chemical resistance and can resist daily erosion such as sweat and rain.
It is mainly used for high-end sports equipment such as golf club shafts, fishing rod bodies, road bicycle frames and tennis racket frames. It can also be used for lightweight components of outdoor mountaineering equipment, providing high-performance composite raw materials for sports equipment manufacturers, helping products improve competitiveness and meeting the needs of sports enthusiasts for lightweight and high-performance equipment.
