The core advantage of this product lies in its surface layer and core layer materials added with antistatic agents, with a surface resistance controlled between 10^6 and 10^9 Ω and static dissipation time ≤0.5s, effectively eliminating static electricity generated during packaging and avoiding electrostatic breakdown of precision electronic components. It is 100% recyclable, replacing traditional anti-static plastic packaging materials, reducing packaging costs and environmental pollution. The surface has no particle shedding, will not pollute electronic components, and can be customized with inner lining structures to adapt to different electronic product sizes, meeting the packaging needs of the electronic industry.
The standard specification is 1220mm (width) x 2440mm (length), with optional thicknesses of 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. The weight per sheet ranges from 1.5kg to 2.2kg, with an edge crush strength of 720N/m and compressive strength of 850kPa. The moisture content is controlled between 8% and 12%, complying with the SJ/T 10694-2006 industry standard for anti-static packaging materials for electronic products. The surface resistivity is stable, and is not greatly affected by ambient humidity, with no degumming, core breaking or other quality problems.

It is mainly applicable to the packaging of electronic components, circuit boards, precision instruments, smartphones, tablet computers and other electronic products, suitable for electronic factory storage and transportation scenarios. It can be used as an outer packaging box for electronic products, a tray liner plate and an anti-static inner lining, avoiding electrostatic damage and physical collision damage during transportation. It meets the packaging standards of the European and American electronic industries, and can be directly used for the outer packaging of exported electronic products without additional anti-static treatment.
