Its base material uses high-strength recycled kraft paper pulp mixed with bamboo fiber, with thicker honeycomb core and larger cell density, providing a flat compression strength of over 2500kPa and a load capacity of up to 500kg per square meter. It is lightweight, with only 1/10 of the weight of solid wood of the same load-bearing capacity, reducing logistics freight costs significantly. It is fully recyclable and meets the green procurement requirements of large logistics enterprises.

This heavy-duty high-strength honeycomb paperboard uses high-strength recycled kraft paper pulp mixed with 15% bamboo fiber as the base material, with a thicker honeycomb core and a 6mm cell diameter to enhance structural strength. The thickness options are 30mm, 40mm and 50mm, with a conventional size of 1220mm×2440mm and customizable sizes available. It has a flat compression strength of ≥2500kPa, edge compression strength of ≥1500N/m and bursting strength of ≥600kPa, with a load capacity of up to 500kg per square meter. The surface is treated with a wear-resistant matte finish to improve scratch resistance during handling. It complies with ISO 12048 packaging strength standards and can be used to make heavy-duty pallets, cargo boxes and support plates.

This heavy-duty high-strength honeycomb paperboard is mainly applicable to heavy-load logistics and industrial scenarios, such as heavy machinery spare parts transportation packaging, large-scale home furnishing product packaging, alternative wood pallets, warehouse cargo support plates and port cargo stacking. It can replace traditional solid wood pallets and plastic pallets, reducing the total weight of cargo by more than 80%, thereby reducing logistics freight costs. It is also suitable for the production of heavy-duty packaging boxes and industrial support structures, providing reliable load-bearing and protection for heavy cargo during transportation and storage.
