It is fully recyclable and degradable, in line with the sustainable development requirements of the food industry, and is easy to process into various food packaging boxes and trays.

Product specifications:

This food-contact grade honeycomb paperboard uses 100% food-grade recycled paper pulp as the base material, with no harmful additives or coatings that may contaminate food. The thickness options are 10mm, 15mm and 20mm, with a conventional size of 1220mm×2440mm and customizable sizes available. It has a flat compression strength of ≥1100kPa, edge compression strength of ≥750N/m and bursting strength of ≥320kPa. It passes the food safety testing of FDA and EU, with no detectable harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals. The water absorption rate after 24-hour immersion is ≤8%, meeting the basic moisture resistance requirements of food packaging scenarios.
