It adopts a honeycomb paper core structure, with good elastic cushioning performance, which can absorb the vibration impact during transportation and avoid furniture frame deformation. It supports laser cutting and die-cutting customization, and can be made into specially shaped support partitions and base pads, adapting to the needs of different styles of customized furniture. It is fully recyclable and degradable, complying with the industry trend of green home furnishing.
The base material is medium-weight recycled kraft paper honeycomb core. The standard single sheet size is 1220mm×1830mm, with optional thicknesses of 5mm, 8mm and 12mm. The compressive strength ranges from 500-800kPa, and the flexural strength can reach 300-400N·m. The formaldehyde emission is ≤0.05mg/m³, complying with the EU E0 level standard. The weight per square meter is about 1.2kg. The surface is smooth and burr-free, and can be directly attached to sponge and fabric materials without additional grinding treatment. 20 boards are loaded per pallet, with a total weight of about 100kg per pallet.
It is suitable for internal support partitions of custom sofas, base plates of bed frames, layered partitions of wardrobes, and frame filling of soft furniture. It can also be used as the desktop support layer of office furniture, replacing traditional density boards, reducing furniture costs and weight.
