It adopts a structure combining high-strength liner paper and honeycomb paper core, and its overall weight is only 1/3 of that of wooden packaging, greatly reducing transportation fuel costs.Avoiding the pest and mildew problems of traditional wooden packaging, and supports large-size customization to meet the packaging needs of different specifications of heavy equipment.

The base material is high-strength liner kraft paper and honeycomb recycled paper core. The maximum optional single sheet size is 2000mm×4000mm, with optional thicknesses of 15mm, 20mm, 25mm and 30mm. The compressive strength ranges from 3000-4000kPa, and the flexural strength can reach 2000-2500N·m. The water resistance grade is IPX3, which can resist light rain splashing. It complies with the ISO 15754 standard for international shipping packaging. 5 large-size cardboard sheets are loaded per heavy-duty pallet, with a total weight of about 350kg per pallet, and supports fumigation-free export certification.

It is suitable for long-distance sea and land transportation packaging of heavy machinery, electric power equipment and engineering machinery parts. It can be made into large equipment outer packaging boxes, equipment base pads and cushioning anti-collision strips, and can also be used for transportation protection of large furniture and industrial molds. It is compatible with large-scale loading and unloading scenarios of ports and factories, and can be exported to Europe and the United States without additional heat treatment.
