This production line adopts servo-driven synchronous vibration system, which can adjust the vibration frequency and amplitude according to the thickness of the floor slab, solving the problem of uneven density of traditional precast slabs. The modular mold design can quickly adjust the width and thickness of the floor slab, adapting to different project requirements. The fully automatic conveying and stacking system can automatically transport the formed floor slabs to the storage area, reducing manual handling demand and improving the overall production efficiency by 80% compared with traditional semi-automatic lines. It also has a real-time production data monitoring system, which can track the quality of each floor slab to ensure product qualification rate.

The equipment can produce precast hollow floor slabs with adjustable width from 1200 to 2400mm, thickness from 100 to 300mm, maximum molding length of 12m, production speed of 2 to 3m/min, main motor power of 75kW, 8 vibration motors with 11kW each, total weight of 48 tons, overall dimensions of 25000mm in length, 3500mm in width and 4500mm in height. The mold is made of high-strength alloy steel, with a positioning accuracy of ±1mm, and the control system adopts servo PLC human-machine interaction, supporting remote monitoring and parameter adjustment.
