This equipment adopts vibration compression molding technology to ensure uniform density and consistent quality of produced cement pipes. The thickened I-beam welded frame has strong deformation resistance and long service life. The adjustable die system can adapt to different pipe diameter requirements, reducing the cost of die replacement. The manual control panel is simple to operate, requiring no professional technical training for workers, and the maintenance cost is low. The hydraulic lifting system reduces labor intensity by realizing automatic pipe ejection, and the wear-resistant die can complete 5000 molding cycles without major maintenance.

The machine can process cement pipes with diameter ranging from 100mm to 600mm, with adjustable pipe length between 1000mm and 2000mm. The main motor is 7.5kW, with vibration frequency up to 2800r/min, which ensures compact concrete structure of the pipes. The overall dimensions are 3200mm in length, 1800mm in width and 1900mm in height, with a total weight of 3.2 tons. It uses 380V 50Hz three-phase alternating current as power supply, and is equipped with a button-type manual control console. The die is made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron, with a service life of up to 5000 molding times. The hydraulic jacking system has a maximum pressure of 10MPa, and the production beat is 8 minutes per pipe.
This machine is suitable for producing cement pipes for rural irrigation ditches, small-town sewage discharge systems, courtyard drainage systems and small-scale water conservancy projects. It is ideal for individual industrial and commercial households and small precast factories, as it does not require large factory buildings and can be installed in temporary job sites. It can meet the low-cost pipe demand of small-scale engineering projects, and is widely used in rural infrastructure construction and small landscaping projects.
