It adopts imported Siemens PLC control system, equipped with a human-machine interaction interface, which can preset production parameters and monitor equipment operating status, realizing fully automatic production without a large number of workers on duty. It is equipped with special batching machines, conveyors and palletizers, forming a complete precast component production line. The forming pressure can reach 500kN, ensuring the compactness and strength of precast components, and adapting to low-quality raw materials such as construction waste recycled aggregate to produce qualified precast components. It is equipped with dust collection device and noise reduction device, reducing dust pollution during production and meeting environmental protection production requirements.

The total length of the production line is 12m, the width is 3.5m, and the height is 2.2m, with a net weight of 12000kg. The forming pressure can reach 500kN, and the single block molding cycle is 8-10 seconds. The standard production capacity is 6000-8000 blocks per hour, and the driving power is 380V 50Hz three-phase AC power. The hydraulic system uses 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the frame is treated with overall annealing to avoid deformation during long-term use. It is equipped with dust collection device and noise reduction device, meeting environmental protection production standards, the supporting automatic batching machine has a conveying capacity of 50t/h, and the palletizer has a maximum palletizing height of 2.5m, supporting docking with upstream mixing stations to realize full-process automation.
It is suitable for large precast component factories, municipal engineering building material suppliers, prefabricated building production enterprises, and construction waste recycled building material processing plants. It can produce standard concrete bricks, curb stones, slope protection bricks, inspection well modules, prefabricated building precast components and other types of products, adapting to industrial power supply scenarios, requiring only 3-5 workers to complete the whole process of operation, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality stability, meeting the large-scale building material production demand and complying with domestic environmental protection production standards.
