It realizes the integrated process of automatic feeding, extrusion and demolding, and only requires 2 operators for on-site management. The servo motor is used to control the extrusion force, ensuring that the wall thickness error of the pipe is no more than 2mm. The mold is made of special wear-resistant steel, and the service life is increased by 40%. It is also equipped with a dust purification device to meet environmental protection emission standards, effectively solving the problem of environmental pollution caused by traditional equipment dust.

The production pipe diameter range is 600mm to 1800mm, and the standard pipe length is 2-6m. The extrusion pressure is 2.5-3.5MPa, and the total installed power is 45kW. The overall dimensions are 12600mm in length, 5800mm in width and 4200mm in height, with a total machine weight of 12800kg. The molding cycle is 3-5 minutes per pipe, and the power supply voltage supports 380V 50Hz or 415V 60Hz. The compressive strength of the finished pipe reaches above C30, and the sealing performance meets the GB/T 11836 standard. It is equipped with an online thickness detection system to monitor the product quality in real time.
It is suitable for urban underground drainage pipe network, municipal water conveyance pipeline, highway culvert prefabricated pipe production, medium-sized prefabricated component factories, municipal engineering supporting building material factories, batch pipe supply for large-scale infrastructure projects, and supporting pipe production for urban sewage treatment plants.
