This production line integrates automatic mixing, feeding, forming, curing and conveying functions, realizing fully automated production of lightweight partition panels. The adjustable mold design can adapt to the production of partition panels of different widths and thicknesses, meeting the interior decoration requirements of different buildings. The lightweight partition panels produced have a density of only 800-1200kg/m³, which is 1/3 of the weight of traditional concrete panels, reducing the load of the building structure. It solves the pain points of heavy traditional partition walls, long construction period and poor sound insulation effect, and has become a highly recommended equipment for indoor partition wall production.

The equipment can produce lightweight concrete partition panels with adjustable width from 600 to 1200mm, thickness from 50 to 150mm, maximum molding length of 6m, production speed of 3 to 4m/min, mixing motor power of 15kW, main motor power of 55kW, total weight of 32 tons, overall dimensions of 18000mm in length, 2800mm in width and 3800mm in height. The mold is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with good corrosion resistance, and the control system adopts fully automatic PLC human-machine interaction, supporting real-time monitoring of production data and automatic adjustment of process parameters.
It is suitable for the production of lightweight concrete partition wall panels for indoor partitions of commercial office buildings, residential communities, industrial workshops, hotel rooms and other buildings.
