It adopts 220V single-phase asynchronous motor driven hydraulic system, which adapts to domestic civil power scenarios without the need for industrial power supply. It is equipped with a PLC control system, which can automatically complete the whole process of material distribution, compaction and demolding, requiring only 1 worker to assist in loading and picking parts. The frame is welded from Q355 I-beam with stronger load-bearing capacity and no deformation during long-term use. It is equipped with 3 sets of quick-change standard molds, supporting mold switching within 5 minutes, adapting to the production of multiple types of precast components.

The overall dimensions of the whole machine are 2200mm (length) × 1500mm (width) × 1800mm (height), with a net weight of 1800kg. The forming pressure can reach 350kN, and the single block molding cycle is 12-15 seconds. The standard production capacity is 2000-2500 blocks per hour, with a mold replacement time of ≤5 minutes. The driving power is 220V 50Hz single-phase AC power, the hydraulic system uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the frame is treated with three layers of anti-rust treatment: shot blasting rust removal, epoxy zinc-rich primer and topcoat. It is equipped with a hydraulic oil cooling device to avoid overheating of oil temperature during long-term operation, and the control system adopts domestic PLC module with one-click switching of production mode.
It is suitable for township precast component factories, supporting building material production of small municipal engineering, wall block production for new rural construction, and temporary pavement brick production for small road and bridge projects. It can produce standard concrete bricks, curb stones, slope protection bricks, inspection well modules and other common precast components, adapting to production scenarios with stable civil power supply, requiring only 1 worker to complete the operation, improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs, and meeting the initial large-scale production demand of small and medium-sized building material production enterprises.
