Compared with traditional vertical pipe making machines, the product qualification rate is increased by 25%, and it can adapt to small-batch, multi-variety customized production orders.
The production pipe diameter range is 200mm to 600mm, and the standard pipe length is 1-3m. The vibration frequency is 50-55Hz, and the molding pressure is 1.0-1.5MPa. The total installed power is 22kW, and the overall dimensions are 6200mm in length, 3500mm in width and 2800mm in height, with a total machine weight of 3800kg. The molding cycle is 2-3 minutes per pipe, and the power supply voltage is 380V 50Hz. The compressive strength of the finished pipe reaches above C25, and the product qualification rate is over 97%. The mold replacement time is no more than 30 minutes.
