The frame is made of Q235 carbon steel with lightweight design, which is easy to move, and is equipped with a parking brake device, which can fix the equipment position during operation to avoid movement. It is equipped with an emergency stop button and safety protection device, ensuring operation safety, and can be moved and operated by a single person, reducing the cost of building material supply for outdoor construction.

The overall dimensions of the whole machine are 1500mm (length) × 1000mm (width) × 1700mm (height), with a net weight of 950kg. The forming pressure can reach 220kN, and the single block molding cycle is 20-25 seconds. The standard production capacity is 1000-1200 blocks per hour, and the driving mode is 15kW diesel engine adapting to 0# diesel. The hydraulic system uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the frame is treated with electrostatic spraying anti-rust treatment. It is equipped with a foldable discharge conveyor with a length of 2m, and the tire specification is 6.00-12, which is equipped with a parking brake device to fix the equipment position during operation without fixed installation.
