This machine adopts hydraulic molding technology, which can produce interlocking bricks with high compressive strength up to 30MPa, meeting the national standard for slope protection components. The quick-plug mold design allows users to replace different brick molds in 5 minutes, adapting to the production of different types of interlocking bricks. The semi-automatic control system is easy to operate, reducing the training cost of operators. It solves the pain points of low efficiency of manual brick laying and poor stability of traditional slope protection structures, and has become the preferred equipment for ecological slope protection projects.

The equipment can produce interlocking bricks with size range from 200×100×60mm to 600×300×150mm, molding pressure ranges from 15 to 20MPa, production efficiency reaches 8000 pieces per 8-hour shift, hopper capacity is 0.8 cubic meters, main motor power is 22kW, oil pump power is 3kW, overall dimensions are 5200mm in length, 1800mm in width and 2200mm in height, total weight is 9.5 tons. The mold is made of hardened alloy steel, with a service life of more than 50,000 times, and the control system adopts PLC touch screen semi-automatic control, supporting one-key parameter adjustment.
It is mainly used in river embankment slope protection, highway and railway slope protection, garden landscape slope greening, reservoir bank protection and other projects. It can produce interlocking slope protection bricks with water permeability and stability, effectively preventing soil erosion and improving the ecological environment of the slope, meeting the ecological slope protection demand of water conservancy construction units, highway maintenance units and garden construction enterprises.
