This equipment integrates feeding, forming, demolding and conveying functions, realizing fully automated production of U-shaped troughs. The walking positioning device ensures the accuracy of each trough's size, with a positioning error of less than ±2mm. The high manganese steel mold has high wear resistance, which can produce more than 100,000 troughs without maintenance, reducing the production cost of users. It solves the pain points of high labor intensity, low construction efficiency and poor channel quality of traditional on-site formwork casting, and has become a highly recommended equipment for water conservancy construction projects.

The equipment can produce U-shaped troughs with a standard length of 2m, adjustable width range from 200 to 1200mm, adjustable height range from 150 to 800mm, molding pressure ranges from 20 to 30MPa, traveling speed ranges from 1.0 to 1.8m/min, main motor power is 45kW, total weight is 26 tons, overall dimensions are 9800mm in length, 3500mm in width and 3200mm in height. The mold is made of high manganese steel, with a service life of more than 100,000 times, and the control system adopts fully automatic PLC touch screen control, supporting real-time monitoring of production data.
It is mainly used in farmland irrigation canal renovation, municipal drainage pipe production, landscape water channel construction, water conservancy engineering and other fields.
